Practice
Consumer & Company Rights
We enforce rights on both sides of the counter — consumers seeking redress and companies defending their conduct, reputation and shareholder relationships.
Our consumer practice covers complaints before the District, State and National Commissions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — deficiency of service, defective goods, unfair trade practices and real estate delivery failures.
On the corporate side we act in shareholder disputes, oppression and mismanagement petitions under Sections 241–242 of the Companies Act, and director rights and removal disputes before the NCLT.
